Our Basic Package Includes the Following at a VERY LOW MONTHLY RATE OF ONLY 4.5% of Your Incoming Revenue:

  • Claim Submission

  • Insurance Eligibility/Verification of Benefits

  • Charge Entry/Coding by a CPC-Credentialed AAPC Member

  • Payment Posting/Account Reconciliation

  • Denial Management/ Follow-up

  • Patient Statements/Collections Support (if needed)

  • A/R Monitoring/Reporting

  • Monthly Performance Reporting to Advise of Any/All Billing Trends, Gaps, etc.

By signing up for any package, you are required to complete a contract, onboarding packet, and pay a one-time start-up fee of $1,500.00. Any/All months afterwards, you will only be responsible for paying the 4.5% rate of all incoming revenue. By signing up for this package, it makes everything much easier by having one low rate that you, the practice/provider, is responsible for.
